Professor and Chair of the Department of Periodontology and Clinical Professor of Pharmacology at the Schools of Medicine and Dental Medicine, State University of New York, Buffalo.
He is internationally recognized as an expert in Dental Pharmacology and has published extensively in this field, including the textbook Clinical Pharmacology for dental Professionales.
He is editor of Biologica Therapies in Dentistry and Peridontal Insights, Chairman of the dental advisory panel of the US Pharmacopea, and past president of the American Academy of Periodontology.
He chairs the IHCF working group on product testing beeing part of the accreditation panel of the British Dental Health Foundation.
